Absolutely! Although acoustic pianos can't be connected to your device like a MIDI keyboard could be, they can communicate with our note recognition software through your device's built-in microphone. Most modern computers and tablets are equipped with a perfectly good built-in microphone ready to listen to you and your piano. To minimize the margin of error, it is best to use a piano tuned to standard pitch in a quieter room to limit the amount of background noise the microphone picks up on.
