Your subscription may not be accessible for the following reasons:

A.) You need to restore your purchase

B.) You're logged in to a different account

You can do the following to solve this:

A.) Use the option "Restore Purchases" within the flowkey app.

This is where you find the restore purchase option:

On an iPhone

  • Click on the cogwheel icon in the upper left-hand corner to open a window where you can select "Restore Purchases".

On an iPad

  • Click on the cogwheel icon in the lower left-hand corner when you enter the app

  • Select "Restore Purchases"

Clicking on "Restore Purchases" will unlock Premium immediately or you will get a notification telling you which other email address or login method you used with your Premium account.

If the notification says that you already have Premium with a different email address or login, please proceed to step B.

B.) You're logged in to a different account

You clicked on the cogwheel icon and saw that you were logged in with the wrong email or the notification in step A told you that you have Premium with a different account.

This means you need to log out of the app and log back in with the email address/login method that is assigned to your Premium subscription.

This is where you find the "Log out" option:

If you are using an iPhone, please click on "My Songs" at the bottom of the screen. In "My Songs", you will find the cogwheel icon in the upper left-hand corner.

A window will pop up where you'll see your current user name and login method.

Then, click on "Log out"

If you are using an iPad, the cogwheel icon is located in the lower left-hand corner of the app.

Now, use the email address you saw in the "Restore Purchase" notification (or the email address that is definitely assigned to your Premium subscription) to log into the app.

Please note: If you restore the purchase and find that your subscription is assigned to a random email address that looks like the following: [email protected]

then this means that you chose your personal Apple ID to be anonymized but you can still use the Apple Login option to access your subscription. You can find more information about this here:

If you have already tried the above and continue having trouble, please send us a message using the in-app chat or via email to [email protected].
