Here you’ll learn what to do if you subscribed to flowkey Premium in our browser app but can't access flowkey Premium content.

You’ve subscribed through our browser app on your laptop, Mac, or PC, but don’t have access to flowkey Premium content yet. Below is a list of reasons why this might be happening, and how to resolve them.

Here are 3 reasons why you may not have access to flowkey Premium:

A) Your account status hasn’t been updated yet.

B) You're logged in to a different account.

C) There was a problem with the purchase and the transaction was declined.


A) Restart or refresh flowkey

Sometimes it might be necessary to refresh your browser or restart the app in order to update your account status.


B) Make sure you’re logged in to your Premium account

Sometimes people accidentally sign up for multiple accounts. If you’ve subscribed to flowkey Premium, it’s important to make sure you’re using the account you subscribed with.

  1. Check your email inbox(es)—as well as the spam folder(s)—for an email with the subject line "Welcome to flowkey Premium" to identify the email address of your flowkey Premium account.

  2. Make sure you use this email address to log in to the app.

  3. If you're automatically logged in to the account with no Premium access, here’s what to do:

    1. Click on the gear icon in the bottom left corner of the screen to open the Settings menu.

    2. Click on Log Out.

    3. This will take you to the login page, where you can log in with the email address of your flowkey Premium account.
