Your subscription may not be accessible for the following reasons:
A.) You're logged in to a different account
B.) There was a problem with the purchase and the transaction was declined
You can do the following to solve this:
A.) Check the email address of your flowkey account
Check your email inbox(es) (also the spam folder) for an email with the subject line "Welcome to flowkey Premium" to identify the email address of your flowkey premium account.
Now, make sure to use this email address to log into the app.
If you're automatically logged in to the account with no Premium access, please click on the cogwheel icon in the lower left-hand corner. Then click on "Sign Out." This will take you to the login page where you can log in with the email address of your flowkey account.
