How do I delete my account?

Here you’ll learn how to delete your flowkey account in just a few steps.

If you created an account for our app by accident, or you'd like to end your learning journey with us, you can delete your account with just a few clicks. Below you’ll find the steps to follow for the device you signed up with.

In case you have an active subscription

It’s only possible to delete an account if there’s no active subscription attached to it. If you’ve purchased a subscription to our app, please unsubscribe first. Depending on where you signed up, you’ll need to do this in either the Play or App Store, or our browser app. For more information, please see our help page on how to unsubscribe from flowkey Premium.

Please note that when you delete your account, all of your account information and data will be deleted immediately.


If you created an account on a smartphone

  1. Tap the gear icon in the top right corner to open the Settings menu.

  2. Tap Account.

  3. Tap Delete Account.

  4. You'll be asked if you're sure you want to proceed. Tap the Delete Account button to confirm.

  5. That’s it. Your account and data will be deleted for good.


If you created an account on a tablet, PC/Mac, or laptop

Tap the gear icon in the bottom left corner to open the Settings menu, then follow steps 2 to 5 above.
