How you unsubscribe from flowkey depends on where you bought your subscription. Here you'll find all information about how to:

Please note: If you unlocked Premium access with a voucher code (Yamaha or gift voucher), it will expire automatically. There is no need to cancel it.
How to unsubscribe in our browser app
If you bought a subscription and need to end it, you can quickly do this in the profile settings of our app.
To access them please make sure to log into our app on a laptop or PC.
You can find your Profile Settings by clicking on the cogwheel icon in the lower left-hand corner of the app:
When you click on Profile Settings, a window will open. There, click on the pen icon next to Your Subscription.
After clicking on the pen icon, you will see the option to unsubscribe.
Please note: We recommend to unsubscribe 24 hours before the renewal date the latest to avoid that the next payment (due to possible differences in time zone).
How to unsubscribe on the App Store
If you bought your subscription through the Apple App Store, it can only be managed in the App Store subscriptions section.

Have your account deleted 💔
If you created an account by accident or if you want to end your learning journey with us, send us a message. You can either write us via our in-app messenger or an email to [email protected] to have your account deleted.
We will then take care of deleting your account and data. Please allow this to take up to three working days. You will always get a confirmation message from us when this process is done.
