Whenever there’s a new version of the app, your device will automatically update it (unless you’ve turned off automatic updates).

Although every update is aimed at improving your experience, sometimes it can cause a "hiccup“ on your mobile device—likely due to some network or connection issue.

Delete and reinstall the app to quickly resolve issues after an update

If you experience any issues with the app after an update (features not working, content not loading, no internet connection), the quickest way to fix it is to delete and reinstall the app.

In most cases, this will resolve the issue, but if it doesn’t, please reach out to our support team at [email protected].

We’re always happy to help.
